I would like to share my experience with D J Screen & Sons ,first of all to Gavin & Kim for providing our family with the upmost care & attention during our very sad loss of our mum.
Nothing was too much trouble, the attention to detail was heart-warming, we as a family knew mum would be cared for with total dignity & empathy from planning mum’s funeral arrangements to the final service.
The service that Gavin & Kim provide is first class & professional right down to the funeral cars & the companies staff .
It’s one of the most difficult times in anyone’s life when you loose loved ones but the care that D J Screen gave certainly helped to alleviate-some of the pain we were experiencing as a family.
They are a local company that I would fully recommend they are an incredible genuine company that will always put you and your family first,I can’t thank them enough for providing us with such comfort

Gavin was absolutely brilliant, he always reassured us that he was there if we needed his help at any time, which took a lot off our shoulders and nothing was too much for him or his team.

Sadly over the past months I’ve attended quite a few funerals. So I have comparisons.

Coming top are DJ Screen & Sons.

Gavin and the team are utterly professional. Approachable. Compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble. The office is immaculate as are the cars and the team. I would not use anyone else to take care of my loved ones.

Gavin and his team did a wonderful job for the funeral of my mum. Treats you more like family that $$$. Love the fact that walks in front of the hearse when setting off. Pays upmost respect. Would give more than 5* if I could.

Gavin was incredibly supportive, caring and compassionate at a time of great shock and sadness for me. He supported me to navigate what I needed to do and when, especially as I had not had any experience of arranging a funeral. He was very responsive and helpful to all my questions/queries and organised everything. What sticks in my mind most was how respectful and professional he is. I have used Gavin for both my parents funerals and my parents always used DJ Screen previously. Gavin literally held my hand every step of the way, nothing was a problem. He was always available on the end of the phone to help or reassure and is truly one of the kindest humans I have ever met. A truly professional, but very caring service right from the start. Our mum and dad chose screens, they sorted things long before.  Gavin was really kind and patient with me and my brothers.  He explained what would happen and asked if we had a preference to how things went.  He picked us up from mums and I really liked when he walked in front of the car.  It looked so respectful.  And we felt that he cared for mum and dad. Nothing was too much trouble.  Would like to just say a big thank you to him and his team xx
